Cameron is a senior commercial real estate executive with over two decades of experience advising on property transactions, including senior leadership roles at CBRE and JLL, where he held a national lead position as a Senior Director. In addition to blocsy, he is the Managing Director of a boutique property group operating along the eastern seaboard. Cameron specialises in investment sales, project leasing and strategic property advisory, with extensive experience delivering complex property solutions for institutional and private clients. He's passion for Real Estate shines through which is why he has come to develop blocsy as a near city infill solution to combat Australia’s housing crisis.

Ben is a senior M&A and transaction strategy adviser with close to two decades of experience advising on complex transactions. Prior to Blocsy, he held national leadership roles within top-tier Strategy & Transactions practices and has advised on some of Australia’s largest property and corporate transactions. Ben specialises in advising sellers on the structuring and execution of complex, value-maximising transactions. He joined blocsy based on the conviction that well-structured collective sales can act as a catalyst for increased housing supply and keep our younger generations and critical workers close to family and employment.

Ashley is an experienced property professional who executes structured sales campaigns for development opportunities, assisting with buyer engagement, market positioning and developer liaison. She focuses on generating qualified demand and maintaining disciplined sales processes to support strong transaction outcomes. Ashley works closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly from launch through to completion. With a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, she is committed to delivering efficient, well-managed sales processes that drive optimal results for clients.

Emilie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business degree. Passionate about property, start-ups, and bringing fresh ideas to fast-growing projects while building hands-on industry experience.

Kelsey is a skilled marketing professional with expertise across digital strategy, campaign management, email marketing, social media and graphic design. With a strong focus on digital channels, she combines strategic thinking and creative execution to deliver impactful initiatives that enhance brand presence and achieve measurable results.
